A lot of locals may know me as the original owner of the coffee shop in Arbuckle, known then as "Bento's Downtown Perk". The highlight of many people's day was to see "Little Miss Mocha" as one local nicknamed my daughter, Bethany. Well, after three years of coffee and lunch the need to take care of immediate and extended family, and home became a greater need of my time so I sold the coffee shop. It was hard to break away but I needed to.
Five years later and I feel God continues to truly bless our family. When I started I tried to choose a business, again, that would serve the community's needs which were not locally available. As before, I wanted to expand the availablity of goods without "stepping on someone else's toes". I have enjoyed getting to know the in's and out's of my business and look forward to many more.
